Tom has more than 20 years of experience working with community colleges as a faculty member, institutional researcher, and administrator. Tom’s expertise is in integrating data and people to create actionable solutions to improve student outcomes. Tom served as an accreditation peer reviewer and has been recognized nationally with a NACUBO Innovation Award, and is a NISOD Excellence recipient.
Robert Finnegan, MBA. –Cofounder of Futurecast Education, first-generation college student, and community college alum. Robert understands the transformative power of community colleges and their role in the workforce and economic development.
Robert brings nearly 20 years of experience from the non-profit business and service industries. Robert’s expertise is in business analysis and consumer behavior.
